In a rat model of stress urinary incontinence, single injections of VMB-100 into the urinary sphincter muscle drove substantial muscle regeneration and dose-dependent improvement in leak point pressure, comparable to or exceeding an approved positive control. The publication, co-authored by members of ValamAi's Scientific Advisory Board, forms part of the scientific foundation supporting the company's FDA IND clearance for VMB-100.
