Founded in 2025 and headquartered at the Incubator Building in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, ValamAi brings together entrepreneurs and experts in RNA drug development and business building, complemented by a strong scientific advisory board spanning research, clinical, technical and commercialization expertise.

Our people have led programs from early discovery through to regulatory approval at organizations including Roche, Novartis, Lonza and Takeda. Together, they bring the scientific depth and operational discipline needed to advance a novel RNA therapeutics platform toward the clinic.
